Football Sign up Form
Use the following form to sign your team up for the FavFest football tournament.
You can sign up now!
- Each team should have a name to be identified by.
- The tournament fee is $6,000 per team (we will contact you on how to submit payments).
- All payments, in full, are due no later than November 30th, 2025
- Application will be closed after the registration deadline.
- Application is open only for the first 16 teams to submit their fee.
