Sponsor agrees to provide financial support for FavFest to be held on December 21, 2025 at Gray’s Inn Sports Complex, Annotto Bay, St. Mary, in exchange for the benefits outlined in the selected sponsorship package.
This Agreement is effective from the date of signing until the conclusion of the Event. Sponsor may cancel this Agreement by providing written notice to Organizer. Refunds will be issued according to the following schedule:
- 90+ days before Event: 75% refund
- 60-89 days before Event: 50% refund
- Less than 60 days before Event: No refund
Organizer reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if payment is not received by the due date or if Sponsor violates any terms of this Agreement.
SPONSOR OBLIGATIONS
Sponsor agrees to:
- Provide high-resolution logo and marketing materials by December 1, 2025
- Comply with all venue rules and regulations
- Set up and remove any physical displays within designated timeframes
- Ensure representatives conduct themselves professionally throughout the Event
ORGANIZER OBLIGATIONS
Organizer agrees to:
- Deliver all benefits specified in the selected sponsorship package
- Display Sponsor’s logo and materials as agreed
- Provide Sponsor with agreed amount of complimentary Event passes, as per selected package
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Sponsor grants Organizer a limited, non-exclusive license to use Sponsor’s name, logo, and materials for promotion of the Event and Sponsor’s involvement. Organizer grants Sponsor the right to use Event name and logo solely to promote Sponsor’s participation in the Event. All usage must conform to provided brand guidelines.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared in connection with the Event. Sponsor shall not share attendee data for any purpose not directly related to the Event without explicit permission.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government restrictions. If the Event is cancelled due to such circumstances, the Organizer will offer Sponsor the option of participation in a rescheduled event or a credit toward a future event within 12 months.
